My name is Sara

My name is Sara Shields and I am the owner of Pixels Creative Media. I live in San Marcos, TX and have a close relationship with graduation and school pride. I received both my Bachelors and Masters degree from Texas State University. I obviously couldn’t get enough of my alma matter, so now I’m teaching here! I am currently a professor in the Digital Media Innovation program which is part of the School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

I know how special and exciting it is to graduate, especially after all the hard work you’ve put in. You should celebrate this accomplishment by documenting it.
